In an April 6 U.N. Security Council session boycotted by the U.S. and the U.K. and blacked-out by Western media, the Russian representative detailed the apparent U.S. biological warfare program in Ukraine. (As we have seen, this heavily overlaps the material presented in the series of programs Mr. Emory has done on “The Oswald Institute of Virology” and involves Hunter Biden as a partial expediter of the Metabiota operations). Although much of the damaging material and information was evacuated to the U.S. prior to the Russian invasion, some very disturbing elements were indeed captured. Perhaps the most dramatic of these concerns electronically-implanted, digitized migratory birds. Tracked by satellite and equipped with capsules of deadly pathogens, the birds can be monitored and killed over targeted countries to initiate deadly pandemics. The Russians allege that they are actually in possession of some of these birds. A 1960’s U.S. Army program in India at one of the world’s largest migratory bird preserves may have been a precursor to this project. Mr. Emory very much fears that this project may lead to escalation by the U.S. in Ukraine, perhaps initiating WWIII and the end of the world as we know it.
