‘Substitute for cravings’

“So being plant-based and vegan has been pretty easy, except for when I am hungover. I used to crave cheesy eggs,” Lizzo told her 8.7 million TikTok followers.

“So here is my substitute for cravings when you’re hungover.”

Vegan McDonald’s

Lizzo’s TikTok has recently featured a slew of plant-based recipes -including a vegan version of McDonald’s McChicken sandwhich and Jamaican patties – attracting a staggering 161.2 million likes.

In her most recent video, the singer cooks a vegan breakfast scramble using JUST egg, black beans, corn, vegan pepper jack cheese, and seasoning.

‘Delicious’

Lizzo also cooked meat-free bacon in maple syrup to achieve a ‘crunch and candied’ texture, and topped the dish with fresh spinach and finishes the video off by describing the dish as ‘really ugly but delicious’.
